BACKGROUND
I am the second born in my family of nine children with the same parents. My father is a teacher and my mother is a peasant. I studied at Kyakailabwa government school and later on I shifted to Happy primary school where I completed my primary education. In secondary education my dad struggled to find some money for me to study so that I can get good education. I was sponsored by individuals because my parents could not be able to pay my school fee.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How can I trust Aloydia Aloys is a real student?

A: Aloydia Aloys has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application, interviewed Aloydia Aloys via Skype. We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbeya University of Science and Technology. We now and then also do home-visits, and met with a clear majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pays school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for our students who submit their grades and receipts in time, who perform well in school with at least an avarage grade of B. The payment is done straight to each university. We demand each student to bring the official receipt from the administration office.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
