BACKGROUND
My name is Egid Selarin Lukowa and I was born in november 8, 1993 in the Morogoro region, Kilombero district. My father was married to four wives at different times and I am the third child of my mother children. I am also the fourth child of my fathers eight other children. I studied primary to secondary ordinary level in the Kilombero distric of the Morogoro region. Between 2016 to 2017 I studied advanced secondary level at Mteule Open Secondary centre at Morogoro municipal school. Whatever the challenges I face during my studies I will never give up, because I believe that must be reach my goal to become change maker in my society.
WHY Social Science & Business
My dream job is to become an ethical manager. Corruption is a great problem in my society and some leaders lack the ethics to do their responsibilities and serve their fellow citizens, which in turn leads to a large number of young people loosing their dreams. Hence I will work towards change to create a good society.
INTERESTS
I like to reads different books because i like to expand my knowledge. I also like swimming to refresh my mind.

Q: How can I trust Egid Lukowa is a real student?

A: Egid Lukowa has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Egid Lukowa . We have also double-checked the given identity with University of Dar es Salaam. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
