BACKGROUND
I am a 22-year-old girl from Tanzania.I am the stepdaughter of Mr. Mkocha but I am living with my mother alone since she and Mr. Mkocha was not married when I as born. I was born in December in 1992 in Iringa region which is located in the middle of Southern Tanzania. I am a girl who is realistic and energetic. I like to socialize with others and I have a passion for helping women to change their mindset and make them realize that they can be independent and become strategic entrepreneurs. I started primary school in 2000 at Tumaini Primary School in Iringa. I joined Ordinary Level of secondary school in 2007 at Iringa Girls Secondary School and continued with Advanced Level in 2011 at Morogoro.  I am currently studying Diploma in Business Administration at Ruaha University College (RUCO). The fact that I had only my mother to support me meant I often lacked the right school equipment since we did not have enough money. But my mother is a librarian so I just read all the books at school and in the library. I have learnt many things from these challenges. I can adapt to any conditions of life because I am used to live for the day and to always look for opportunities to help my mum financially. Discussing and exchanging ideas in groups makes me happy because it helps me understand different people and different things about the world. From that I have learnt how to deal with many different challenges facing me in my life. My only weakness is that I find it difficult to work with lazy people.
WHY Social Science & Business
I chose this course because I want to become a businesswoman with strategic management skills. I have also seen that many entrepreneurs lack business knowledge so my ambition is to help other small entrepreneurs and small businesses in my village and region. I dream of starting my own business or working with initiatives aiming to empower women by helping them start businesses of their own.
INTERESTS
I like to use my spare time to find business opportunities and I like reading novels.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How can I trust Agreement Airah is a real student?

A: Agreement Airah has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Agreement Airah . We have also double-checked the given identity with Ruaha University. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
