BACKGROUND
I grew up with the care of my mother only. My family is an unstable family, as we don't own anything that is capable of providing important stuff for our survival. My parents have passed away a long time ago, although before my mother passed away, she was an entrepreneur. My previous education was very tough due to the fact that I was receiving little support from my family.
WHY
I have chosen this field because most of the people in my village are suffering. They are suffering from various diseases such as malaria, and also typhoid. These diseases sometimes lead to death of people, simply because they are not well provided with the required medicines, due to shortage of health facilities in the village areas. It is because of this, that I have decided to study within this field, as it can make me gain more knowledge of investigating natural resources - for example trees, which can be used to extract medicine. My dream job is to become a researcher for medicines, and this has been my vision since I was young. I need to investigate and come up with knowledge on what kind of medicines that can be used to cure different diseases. There exist various medicines in our environment, but many of them we have not yet discovered. So, I have to concentrate on this.
INTERESTS
In my free time I usually engage myself in doing small activities, such as cooking some porridge. The porridge that I cook, I can later sell to some people for the survival. For myself, I believe in working hard, so I don't prefer to stay without doing anything. So, by doing affairs with my porridge, I earn some money which helps me for survival.
