BACKGROUND
I am Nsimiirwe Annitah. I am a first born out of five children. My dad is retired and no longer works. My mother do not work, so we struggle to earn a living, and my siblings are struggling with fees. During the previous years, it was my uncle who was paying for my fees, but later he was fired and therefore stopped paying for me.
WHY
I chose engineering because it teaches you how to systematically think through problems and solve them. I want to set up a farm stock in which I can supply food to my village and help those who are needy. I will be helping people who can not afford tuition, and I can connect them to organisations who can help them. My dream job is to be an engineer, which is all about application of science and maths in order to solve problems. Engineers figure out how things work and find practical uses for scientific discoveries. A good engineer is a person who can create successful designs.
INTERESTS
I am a cheerful lady who likes interacting with people, hearing about their problems and trying to solve them as much as possible. I am someone who never gives up, even when the situation turns against me. I am striving towards creating a positive change in society, and helping the needy. I also enjoy being involved in fellowships and church activities.
