In the picture above I was explaining to a patient about the dental check up I was about to do and that was during my Holidays at the University Dental clinic. Currently am so happy it’s the start of the semester waiting for the previous semester’s results which I expect to be good and it’s also brand new year with a lot of hope because by the end of this year God willing I will be in third year. Every coming day is a blessing from God and every passing day takes me closer to my dream. I thank God for Help to Help indeed being part of my dream I can’t thank you enough for the care and support may God bless you abundantly. With love Ssegujja Ashiraf. Happy New Year 2019

At the moment we are in our recess term at the university which runs for two months and for the past week I have been busy reading focused on my progressive exams (mid exams) and I wrote my first paper last week (19th/June/2018) which was about Behavioral Sciences which went on well. Actually I ended the week with a big smile, feeling great having received a positive reply from Help to Help. Wow I was like God is indeed so great and I feel so blessed. Thank you so much.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How can I trust Ashiraf Ssegujja is a real student?

A: Ashiraf Ssegujja has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application, interviewed Ashiraf Ssegujja via Skype. We have also double-checked the given identity with Makerere University. We now and then also do home-visits, and met with a clear majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pays school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for our students who submit their grades and receipts in time, who perform well in school with at least an avarage grade of B. The payment is done straight to each university. We demand each student to bring the official receipt from the administration office.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
