BACKGROUND
I come from a family of four, a single parent (mother), two sisters and one boy (me). I happen to be the only one who has reached University level in my family. This comes through the efforts and support from my only mother, utilizing her salary from the field of teaching (primary) to cater for our school needs. And through loans to enable me join the University.
WHY
I chose computer Science because of the technology advancement in developed countries which is most likely to extend to Uganda and Africa as a whole. Especially in the field of Artificial intelligence for example making computers think like humans (robotics) which reduces human involvement in hectic works My dream job is working as a data scientist with good knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
INTERESTS
I like participating in online coding challenges, having some time with friends and playing football.

Q: How can I trust Benjamin Okello is a real student?

A: Benjamin Okello has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Benjamin Okello . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbarara University . We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.
