BACKGROUND
We're a family of seven in Isingiro District, where I grew up. Farming is our main source of income.
WHY
I chose pharmaceutical sciences because it's an innovative field that tackles global health challenges. New diseases and diseases lacking effective treatments are a constant threat to society, and I believe pharmaceutical scientists, through research and innovation, play a crucial role in addressing these problems. I dream becoming an innovative Pharmaceutical scientist who will be able to discover and design drugs that will improve peoples' lives effectively in the world
INTERESTS
Outside of my studies, I love playing and teaching music whenever I can. I also enjoy visiting recreation centers to learn about the research they're supporting and see the latest technologies they've developed.

Q: How can I trust Bigirwa Godwin is a real student?

A: Bigirwa Godwin has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Bigirwa Godwin . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbarara University. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.
