BACKGROUND
We are a family of ten people with both parents who are teachers and partly peasants. Due to us being many compared to our parents income it is sometimes hard for them to provide us with all our needs. Things even became worse when our dad lost his job. We have made it this far due to help from friends, relatives and organizations like this one. And also we have not yet received results for our last semester but we are really hoping for the best.
WHY
I choose to become an engineer because I got inspired by my neighbour who is a great engineer and is an inspiration to many. I want to be someone fellow women look up to and want to be. Like: "we can also make it like her and do jobs like engineering that are considered as men's jobs". I also dream of working hand in hand with the government to extend electricity to rural areas, like my village, that are so remote and nothing important takes place there at night due to darkness. I hope to achieve that and even more one day, using my job. I dream of becoming a great and successful electrical engineer because engineers inspire me alot. They're creative, innovative and change makers. They use the skills they have to bring change in the world.
INTERESTS
I like reading books like novels, magazines and newspapers because I discover alot from them. I also enjoy doing farm work and watching adventure movies.
