BACKGROUND
I am the second born in our family. I have both parents but have been staying with my uncle due to an accident in the family. I have had issues of paying my school fees and have sometimes even failed to do tests and assignments due to this struggle.
WHY
I like to remove literacy and ignorance in society due to teaching and learning in the class even in the society by giving different guidance and counselling concerning different social, economic and political issues. I like to become a teacher because every change in society and nation occurs in the schools. The teacher can educate others and to be a teacher is to be the first learner for everything. Also, I want to improve the academic performance especially in the science subject. My dream job is to improve academic performance among students in school especially in the science subject. Most of schools in our society fail simultaneously in the science subject. Innovation of new things can help in studies, especially in subjects of chemistry and biology. I also want to encourage parents on sending students to school especially girls, because the number of female students in our society is few.
INTERESTS
My interest is to help other people who are unable to reach their goals, especially students due to different reasons such as school fee and other problems. I also want to be an innovator or discover better methods of teaching activities.

Q: How can I trust Calister Ibrahim Mtokoma is a real student?

A: Calister Ibrahim Mtokoma has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Calister Ibrahim Mtokoma . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbeya University of Science and Technology. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
