Since agriculture is the backbone of Uganda's economy, I feel the need to develop it.
Since agriculture is the backbone of Uganda's economy, I feel the need to develop it.
BACKGROUND
I grew up with my parents, from a humble family of seven siblings. My parents are peasant farmers who borrow land from other people in order to grow crops for the family. After primary school I got a guardian who paid for my secondary school level with additional contributions from my parents and uncle.
MY CHOICE OF STUDIES
Since agriculture is the backbone of Uganda's economy, I feel the need to develop it from subsistence farming to commercial farming, so that every farmer is able to benefit and earn from an improved standards of living. I would wish to deliver extension services to farmers in order to boost their agricultural skills, which can transform subsistence farming to commercial farming, especially for rural farmers.
INTERESTS
My interests are music, acting in plays, volunteering and community development.
