BACKGROUND
I grew up in a family of six children with my parents, who are both peasant farmers. We have a close-knit family with strong values and traditions.
WHY
I chose Agribusiness Management because it combines my interests in both agriculture and business. This field will equip me with financial management skills and practical experience in sustainable farming. I plan to use these skills to give back to my community by training farmers, ultimately improving agricultural practices and their standards of living. As a sustainable Agriculture Entrepreneur, I get to live my passion for agriculture and business in agriculture while making a positive impact on the environment and the community through training of the farmers with sustainable practical experiences in farming,animal production and financial management skills so as to improve on their standards of living.
INTERESTS
I'm personally interested in developing and implementing innovative business strategies for marketing and selling farm products, like value-added goods, community-supported agriculture programs, and agritourism.

Q: How can I trust Cherotich Barbra is a real student?

A: Cherotich Barbra has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Cherotich Barbra . We have also double-checked the given identity with Kabale University. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.
