BACKGROUND

I was born in 1998 in Mwanza city, in the family of my father mother. I started my education in 2005 at Karumo primary school, where I completed in 2011. My studies were good and enjoyable, because almost all costs were cleared by the government. My parents bought me the school uniform, pens and books. My father and my mother are peasants, and through these activities our parents are able to provide for me and my sibling's basic needs with clothes, food and shelter. For now, my parents have aged and there has been a decline in their capability of efficiency and effectiveness in their peasant activities, which has implied challenges.

I chose this field of studies in order to eventually start my own business as an entrepreneur. I want my entrepreneurship to create new employments for many youth's and citizens of Tanzania and East Africa. I chose this field of study in order to become a financial consultant that can assist many companies and organizations in their resolvent of financial related complications and problems, that might delay success and profit. Many people face the problem considering financial freedom, so due to this reason, I have been inspired to learn accounting and finance. I want to have the ability to solve financial problems. My dream job is to be an accountant, and this will help me to understand on how to obtain and use money effectively. My dream job will help me obtain financial freedom, which is a big problem to the many people. Also, I will be able to provide different education and advice to others. Nowadays, some people earn an income, but still often complain that it's not enough - this is because people lack the ability to control their expenditures, corresponding to their income obtained. In my dream job, I will work to fix this problem.

INTERESTS

My interest is to help others with different aspects, such as organising different charity events, and providing advice on education matters and other areas which face us as youth's. I also enjoy to share and receive knowledge with my friends, because sharing is caring, and also leads to positive cooperations among us. Also, I like reading personal development books, and also some books which explain how to influence and organize, and how to deal with discoveries and obtaining opportunities.
