BACKGROUND
I am from a family of twelve, two parents and nine siblings staying in a rural area. Both of my parents are peasants and we the children join them to add on labour. My primary education was funded by my parents and my sister contributed to the tuition for secondary education . My three siblings are still in school.
WHY
I chose engineering after a seminar conducted by a solar company that had come to our village to sensitise their services. I was inspired to get more skills so that I can extend more cheaper electrical services to villages. I will contribute to the society by providing such services and preserving the environment since the source of solar power is just sunlight. My dream is to extend electrical services down to the common person in the rural area by innovating a cheap source of electricity. These services are for lighting and power storage to operate electrical appliances like television and phones generally.
INTERESTS
I am an ambitious lady passionate about community development, God fearing. I like to attend and engage in bible study cells and participating in community service. I also like informative girl talks.
