BACKGROUND
In grew in a family with four children but one has already passed away. During my childhood mostly l like to play football and to help my parents a different activities but my ambition and dream was to be an engineer. My father was a small scale farmer peasant together with my mother who also was a peasant.
WHY
l choose this field in order to solve a lot of problems around my society where we need to work as a team. l will teach them about advantage of education and to make them feel proudly and more confidence. Mostly is to solve the problems concerned with my professional life such trouble shooting among electrical equipment and so on. My dream is to be self employed and and to employ others. I also want to contribute the income to my country. To reach these goals I need discpline and to work hard.
INTERESTS
Mostly l like to be mediator or the problem solver by solving their problem for them. Also to participate in the village assembly to discuss the different development with their leaders and residents. I also like to participate in building social welfare for example schools, hospitals and so on.

Firstly l would like to thank all members and leaders of Help to Help for supporting us. In this semester l conduct the outreach on 7 April 2022 to see the ophanages and help them cleaning the environment. In a picture above we are attending Help to Helps Training of trainers event as coordinators at Mbeya university. We learned a lot of things and well we were enjoyed much, thanks all.

Q: How can I trust Didas Sichilima is a real student?

A: Didas Sichilima has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Didas Sichilima . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbeya University of Science & Technology. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
