BACKGROUND
I am born in a family of two children, I as the first born and a sister who gave up all about education. My mother just made 50 years and sells porridge for survival, my father just made 70 years. He is a retired soldier who served mostly in Obote's regime and currently unemployed. I began my studies of 5 years from. Top class, joined primary section at Namatala primary School for primary one to primary three class, but I was later transferred to North road primary School where I was made to repeat primary three. I wrote my primary leaving exams from the same school. Later joined Mbale high school for my O' level and A' level, here I was lucky that made it all through on a school scholarship. I succeeded and applied to Mbarara university, and here I am.
WHY
It was my dream all along to be any kind of an engineer but mostly that field am comfortable with. So individually, I found it comfortable for me to this course because it was in my abilities both mental and physical. The job market and wage too inspired me. Next I saw it as the best opportunity I could utilize to attain the best knowledge that will help me do something for my community through environment management because that's my dream all long serving the community. Being a drilling or production engineer. Extending my services to the community as the Environment manager.
INTERESTS
Enhancing my knowledge and understanding through research. Engagement in income generating activities. Participation in church ministry. Social interactions mostly in constructive conversations

As a team of change-makers Mbarara University of Science and technology, we conducted a community outreach in Kashanyarazi Town. The purpose of the community outreach was all about sanitation. We did the sweeping of places around, picked plastics and burnt them and lastly we also gathered the interested parties and taught the dangers of poor sanitation and also it's benefits of which we left everyone so happy and all smiling and proud of us. That day I did a simple study on the characteristics of all machines in the mechanics laboratory. In brief, it's a universal testing machine for materials used to test tensile strength.
