BACKGROUND
I grew up in a small village called Matongo in Bariadi Simiyu. I went to a primary school called Masewa B, thereafter I was selected to join secondary school at Mzumbe in Morogoro. My family was unable to pay the school fees but some people decided to contribute and pay for the first period of my studies. When I was at school a certain man sponsored me, he was even giving me a pocket money for food until he terminated the sponsorship in 2017 due to retirement from his work.
WHY Medicine & Health
I have chosen the medical field since I want to help people to understand the importance of consulting doctors before taking medicines. Medicines can be poisons should they not be ingested responsibly.
INTERESTS
I like to read the bible and sing.

FREQUANTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How can I trust Emmanuel is a real student?

A: Emmanuel has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application, interviewed Emmanuel via Skype. We have also double-checked the given identity with Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences. We now and then also do home-visits, and met with a clear majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pays school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for our students who submit their grades and receipts in time, who perform well in school with at least an avarage grade of B. The payment is done straight to each university. We demand each student to bring the official receipt from the administration office.

Q: Why do each student has their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
