BACKGROUND
I was born into a respectful and God-fearing family, I live with both my parents, I am the first child born in a family of four children, I am 21 years old, I also have three siblings. I completed primary school in 2013 and secondary education in 2017 in government schools, my family likes to see me achieve my goals so that I can help my siblings as well as raise my family income. My parents are self-employed doing small business, my father sells charcoal and my mother sells fruit juices.
WHY
I have chosen information and communication technology because I want to be a programmer. Through this ICT course I can be self-employed and employ my fellow young people. I can also educate young people about the importance of technology that nowadays a lot of things are done through networks you can advertise or do business in a social media. My dream job is to be a programmer so I will use all my strength to make sure I reach where I need to be. In order to achieve my goals I will put in the effort, so that i can creates many computer software.
INTERESTS
The more time I am free I run my business selling Kachori which helps me with bus fares, also helping my parents do their business as well as teaching my siblings the lessons they were taught at school that day. When I have time I like to sit down with my fellow teenagers and give them ideas that through social media they can be self-employed if they use it well. When I am free I do various household chores and watch various television programs.

Q: How can I trust Fortunata Shawa is a real student?

A: Fortunata Shawa has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Fortunata Shawa . We have also double-checked the given identity with NLab Innovation Academy. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.
