BACKGROUND
I was born in 1987 in Nachingwea District in Southern Tanzania. I grew up in Nachingwea district, Lindi region, on the southeast cost of Tanzania with my mother, two brothers and a sister, who sadly passed away. I had a dream to become a a legal adviser working with human rights, with special focus on women's rights. After finishing Secondary School, I applied to the university for a diploma in Law. I got accepted to the Mzumbe University in Mbeya. However, my sister's passing left me with no financial support as she was the one helping me to pay the school fee. As I was still determined to pursue my Law degree, I had to look elsewhere for financing and eventually got in contact with Help to Help.
