BACKGROUND
I am from a humble family composed of nine children with our peasant parents who struggle to provide for the big family. I was being supported by my aunt and brother from primary to secondary till my aunt fell sick and withdrew the support.
WHY
I chose IT because I liked everything about computer and wanted to gain more skills in computing . I was inspired by most facilitators that would teach us different skills that would bring change in the community. I also enjoy teaching others especially the youth while impacting on them new developmental skills. I dream of being an IT technician working on installation of network components such as routers. I also want to be a web developer that will create websites for different companies and business.
INTERESTS
I enjoy being with my fellow youth teaching them computer skills and other hands-on work like weaving. I also encourage them to start up some small businesses like making juice that can help them earn a living. We also help the elderly with fetching water and collecting firewood at least once a month.

A: Jackline Kyasiimire has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Jackline Kyasiimire . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbarara University . We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.
