BACKGROUND
My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. I grew up in the Arusha region as the firstborn with my four siblings and finished my primary and secondary education there. I performed well and was admitted to the University of Dar es Salaam.
WHY
I like that geology is arguably the most significant branch of earth science. All the things we possess that aren't made of wood are a result of geology. "If it isn't grown it has to be mined". Where the water is and goes is determined by geology, and that in turn determines where people live. This is why I wish to be a geologist. Geology has the longest history of visual communication among all earth sciences. It's presumably because geologists have 200 years of experience with mapping, which is essential to the field. They consequently frequently produce well-designed imagery, and this is why being a geologist is my dream job, I wish to explain the history of rocks and minerals on the earth.
INTERESTS
Usually, I read novels during my free time. I also enjoy cooking. I enjoy volunteering to teach my siblings and children in my community. I also have a talent for braiding hair. My love of reading inspires my work.
