BACKGROUND

My family consist of a total of eight children. My parents are peasants, they cultivate crops on a small scale so they get income and basic needs for sustaining a family. I am the second born in my family and I have passed through different government schools where I got my primary and secondary education. After I did better in my form six national examination I was selected to join with Sokoine University of Agriculture. I am the only child in my family to reach the university level of study.

I chose my field of studies to assist society to solve different problems that face animals and to improve animal management and productivity in society. Also, I chose my field of studies to aid in maintaining the potential of animal products in society as a whole and to provide education in society on improving the health of animals through giving people education on animal vaccination. I wish to become a great animal technician with master's level of study who will be able to maintain logs of animal diet. I wish to become an animal technician who will be able to collect different animal samples for different laboratory animal diagnoses. I want to be able to provide education to the farmers on how to prevent diseases in their animals and how to formulate feed in the correct proportions for their animals.

INTERESTS

Besides my studies, I like to watch television especially to watch breaking news channels so as to know what happen in different parts of the world. I like to participate in different social matters such as social meetings so as to create a positive social relationship with other people. Also in my free time, I like to get time for leisure by allowing time to sleep so as to make my body comfortable all the time and read different books.
