BACKGROUND
I grow up in a family of six sibling. My parents live together and doing farming activities which helped us to grow healthy and gave us basic education. My previous education was a Diploma in mechatronics engineering. It was good and inspired me to become a mechanical engineer.
WHY Engineering & Natural Science
As mechanical engineer i will be involved with the design, analysis, testing, manufacturing, control operation and maintenance of mechanical systems. Also deal with all aspects of the conversions of thermal energy into useful work and machines that make this possible. Because I am determined to be among these investors that could awe the world using imagination to create something impossible possible and to become an excellent entrepreneur. By using the advantage as mechanical engineer that I will be aware of industries/manufacturing/processing etc I will be able to work on my entrepreneurship

The scholarship changed my life, I am so confident while searching for a job because of my interview skills and all knowledge gained through how to get your first job training. Above all I am holding this certificate now which was my dream. I feel like I am almost, there I only have to work hard. I plan to motivate young girls that it is possible and that they should not give up no matter of the situation. Most are afraid to take engineering especially mechanics because they believe it's meant for boys only. I have to share my knowledge to help my community.

From 6 to 12 of march this year I participated on sensitisation program in my university. The general purpose was to sensitise secondary students to take science studies. Am proud as changemaker to make changes for some student who wish to take Engineering subject as am doing. I am attaching my picture with my team below. In the picture we are changemakers from Mbeya university of Science and Technology Rukwa compass, we participated on cleaning activities as picture shown it was taken after cutting grasses. Because it was rain season we decided to help cleaning works at university area. We did that for all of us because if our environment is dirty we are also at risk to get injury and diseases.

Q: How can I trust Martha Ndondole is a real student?

A: Martha Ndondole has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Martha Ndondole . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbeya University of Science and Technology. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
