BACKGROUND
I was born 1995 in the Rombo District with my four elderly relatives. My parents separated when I was young and I went to live with my mother in Moshi. When I was in fourth grade, my mother passed away and I went to live with my grandmother. Life was tough and I worked with repairing shoes to get money for school. At first, I couldn’t continue with my studies after seventh grade because my grandmother didn’t have the money. However, I found my father and he sent me to a school with the help from other Christians.
WHY Medicine & Health
My dream is to become a laboratory scientist because in my society there is a shortage in this profession. I will help my society by providing education on health and spread awareness about different health problems and on the importance of health check-ups on a regular basis.
INTERESTS
I like playing football and singing in a choir.
