BACKGROUND
I come from the family of the old man Juma Magesa Nyangarya, and we were born five children. Me and my brother studied up to form four, and my other siblings have finished seventh grade. My parents are farmers and my brother was doing a small business. My brother has been a pillar when it comes to paying my fees, but lately he has unfortunately not had the opportunity to remain as a pillar.
WHY
I have chosen a business as my educational field because I have experience in doing business, and also because my dream is to become a big businessman in Tanzania. With my business studies, I really want to become a big businessman. I have already started with some business as a college entrepreneur.
INTERESTS
In fact, I really like to shave; when I am at home, I always help my young brother to shave, and in college I really like to shave my classmates, because it is a gift that I have, as well as sewing shoes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How can I trust Matende Magesa is a real student?

A: Matende Magesa has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Matende Magesa . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbeya University of Science and Technology. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
