BACKGROUND
I grew up in an extended family with seven children plus both parents. Later my parents separated and I grew up with my mother. Both my parents are peasants and we depend on agriculture for life. During my primary level, my education was funded family members and when I joined secondary level I could get reduced school fees. Two years into university I look for jobs during holidays to contribute to what my mother would get from selling crops to raise tuition.
WHY
I chose my field of studies, because it was my passion since my secondary level. During my secondary level, I used to like electronics related practices for example I would move with electrical engineers whenever they could be having any field. I chose my field of studies, because it has high demand in the labour market. Currently, there is a lot of demand for electrical engineers in the whole world which also inspired me to pursue my field of studies. My dream job is to start my own company dealing in electronics. Before I start a company, I expect after my graduation, to get a job in any company such as UMEME, where I will work for some years and gain much knowledge and experience to start my own company. In my company, I expect to create more employment opportunities for the people.
INTERESTS
I like playing football during my free time and this has helped me to stay healthy and strong. I like reading novels during my free time and this has helped me to stay informed and improve on my grammar. I like carrying out discussion during my free time and this has helped me to improve performance in my academics.
