BACKGROUND

I was born in the Kagera region in 1998 in the family of five children, where my parents were engaged in a peasant activities, like small scale cultivation of crops; including maize and beans, particularly for our own consumption. I began my primary school class 1 in 2006 at Kanoni primary school, located in the Kagera region. Later, in 2010 to 2012, I shifted to St. JohnBosco Preparatory Seminary, that is found in the Bukoba diocese, in Kagera. In 2013 to 2016 I had my studies on secondary school level at St. Mary's Rubya Junior Seminary. After completion, I entered into advanced level where I studied at Overland high school, with the combination of PCB, and I completed in June, 2019. Having passed my NECTA examination, I was able to join at Mbeya University of Science and Technology to pursue a bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from 2019 to 2022. I'm still in progression for that, and my parents have faced some financial problems since they need to account for a growing family.

I chose this field of study to gain professional skills on issues related to the accounting and finance field, in order to establish my company that will work globally. Also, in most of the communities, there's a lack of business knowledge. So, I decided study this field to become a professional business manager, that can assist the community, by providing awareness and financial support, that can develop their businesses and increase the living standards of the people through motivation and actual trainings in the business learning progressions. My dream is to increase the taxation bace of governments in the world, as I believe that I will be able to assist many people to establish companies, which will be paying taxes to the governments, thus increasing the rate of taxation and the taxation base for their governmental developments in providing social services to their citizens, and international supports. My dream job is to become a professor specialised in economics, aligned with the principles of accounting and finance in the world economy. This is because I have a dream to establish a very large company known as SWI Group Tanzania Limited. My company will be a global entrepreneurial centre, oriented in food supply, electronic supply, mass education and talent development in East Africa 2 world wide. I believe to assist many people in the world by providing my services in a professional manner, but also assist rising and developing talents of many youths - especially in Africa.

INTERESTS

I like to engage in entrepreneurial activities beside my studies - for example learning more skills from the books, from the magazines, and from the social media in issues related to entrepreneurial activities and successful people in the world. Also, I do engage in volunteering activities to assist the society; for example assisting the disabled, looking for some basic needs for orphans, visiting the disabled, and provide awareness to the society through social media and through my blogspot. In my free time, I like to learn more about the current technology, using my friends' computers or the university computer laboratory, to search for new technology and updates, especially on issues related to finance and accounting aspects.
