BACKGROUND
We are a family of five: my mother, three brothers, and me. My mother is a small-scale farmer. One brother completed a certificate in ICT and works in an electronics shop. Another is in secondary school, and the youngest is in primary school. We are grateful to have our own home.
WHY
My passion for achieving food security, both in my nation and globally, inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. I hope to contribute by developing improved crop breeds with enhanced nutritional value that will benefit the health of both humans and animals. I dream of working in a certain research company dealing in developing better breeds of crops equipped with great food values and also making herbicides, pesticides for various diseases and crop pests and microbes
INTERESTS
In terms of my career, I'm interested in working to ensure food security for my community, my nation, and the world.

Despite the challenges of growing up in a family supported by a single mother's small-scale farming, I'm determined to contribute to global food security through my studies in agriculture.
