BACKGROUND
I am my mothers first child in a family of five children where are three girls and two boys. My parents are separated and we are currently staying with my mother. My mother, Adikorit Patricia, is a teacher and has always been the one paying our school fees. She is the one that cares for everything concerning us. My father, Olepus Michael is a policeman. We stay in a police barrack in Kampala. It is a single room house, made out of corrugated iron. Our village is in the Katakwi district in the eastern part of Uganda. Our journey has not been a smooth one, but in all things God has been faithful.
WHY Engineering & Natural Science
As an efficient biomedical engineer I wish to innovate ideas that can help people with disabilities!
INTERESTS
My first interest is God because He has been with me throughout my life and He has provided for me and my family. I also love attending fellowships, missions and workshops, being involved in academic programs, and leading people in different activities. I also love Volleyball and listening to music.

Q: How can I trust Peace Akiror is a real student?

A: Peace Akiror has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Peace Akiror . We have also double-checked the given identity with Mbarara University. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.
