BACKGROUND
I grew up with my two parents in the village, both peasants. We are a family of ten with eight siblings. I started my education in 2006 at Muhito primary school and obtained my Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) certificate in 2012 at the same school. I later joined St. Mary's Vocational School Kyamuhunga where I attained my UCE certificate in 2016. Then I joined Bweranyangi Girls' Secondary school where I obtained my UACE certificate in 2018. The academic year 2019/2020 was not studied due to lack of tuition. I started my studies at Mbarara University of Science and Technology in the academic year 2020/2021.
WHY
I chose my field of study because I wanted to become a medical doctor and treat people, help them understand their health and remain healthy through good feeding. More so I needed to be the voice of the voiceless and help people acquire the health services they are supposed to receive since some people in my community can not acquire adequate services due to corruption, oppression and unawareness or ignorance. I also needed to educate and inspire the girl child who cannot acquire the support and resources to support their education i.e. I want to be a mountain that others can lean on. My dream job is to become a medical doctor and work in a regional referral hospital for three years alongside volunteering in my community. I wish to be self employed and create a charity organization to support girl child and pregnant mothers in my community.
INTERESTS
I enjoy reading novels about social empowerment and job creation. Watching movies and series based on my career like Good doctor. I usually go to the pitch to do some exercises and also socializing with my friends.

I participated in a community outreach which we did as a group in the place neighbouring our university. We went as a group of Help to Help change-makers and cleaned the place. Then we later sensitised the residents of the place to always properly dispose their wastes and ensure that they stay in a clean environment since this puts their lives at risk of disease outbreaks like cholera. We also talked to their leaders about put up special places specifically for rubbish and to always burn it regularly. In the photo, I was at school outside the microbiology laboratory after a microbiology practical.
