BACKGROUND
My family includes six members, we are four siblings and I am the first born with two sisters and one brother. My father is a small scale farmer and my mother works at home though she also helps my father in his farming activities. I am now pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Dar es Salaam.
WHY Social Science & Business
The community's lack of important information is a serious proble. Poverty is associated with low living standard with high cost due to insufficient knowledge about how to utilise ones income. So I am inspired to pursue this field of study to solve this problem trough consulting the community on how to utilise there small incomes efficient so as to rise the living standard and reduce the cost of living. My dream job is to become an economist who work hand in hand with my community through consultation activities. These will concern how the community should allocate it's scarce income effectively so as to rise the living standard of the society. More so I want to act as a bridge for relevant information in my community since there is a serious problem of insufficient access to information.
INTERESTS
Besides my studies in my free time I prefer to engage myself in small businesses for income generation, as well as in youth mobilisation activities for the development of society.
