BACKGROUND
My name is Simba Khalid. I was born in Mwanza in 1997. I'm the first born in my family with four siblings. My parents are all peasants. My parents are divorced and my father has another family and doesn't fulfill his responsibilities to us. I studied primary school at Lumala primary school. With the help of my relatives and parents I was able to study at Thaqaafa secondary school. I was then able to get sponsorship from a family friend and studied at Tusiime high school. I'm currently pursuing a bachelor of Mining Engineering at the University of Dar es Salaam.
