BACKGROUND
Am the fifth born among seven children and am the only one reaches university level. I completed my primary education in 2014 and it was the time when my parents separated and my aunt took me to her home. Then started my secondary education and my aunt was the one who paid my school fees for all four years. I was then selected to join at Mbeya University of Science and Technology. My parents are small farmers who purposely produced crops for foods.
WHY
I choose this field because in my society people are suffering from different diseases like typhoid. People in my society use water without knowing the standard which may lead them to be affected by diseases. Another thing which makes me choose these fields is that many students, especially those found in the interior area, do alternative practice instead of real practice, so as a laboratory technologist I will advise the government leaders to look at those and try to make sure they do real practice. My dream job is to become a laboratory technologist. I want to ensure good quality of goods and services according to the needed standard. Also, I want to make awareness among the society concerning all that technology.
INTERESTS
Besides studying, I have a small business. Also, I use to spend my time reading different books related to my field. I spend time with my fellow students and discuss issues related to our class subjects. I use most of my free time to do physical exercise.
