BACKGROUND
Stephen Nsubisi was born in 1990 in Mbeya as the last born in a family of six children of which he is the only one who has been accepted to study at university level. Stephen's father previously worked as an assistant at a Fishing Office but today both parents have retired without any income. Stephen graduates with a Bachelor of Chemistry at University of Dodoma in June 2014 after having written his final thesis. Stephen's interest in chemistry began as so often, with an inspiring chemistry teacher at his secondary school. Stephen’s passion for chemistry can be seen in his eyes as he talks about his studies and his dreams for the future. He has managed to accumulate great experience through summer fieldwork. During his first summer holiday he worked as an analyst for drug testing in the judiciary and after his second year of studying he worked at Mbeya Zonal Water Authority with water samples analysis.
