BACKGROUND
My name is Tedy Sylivester. Am 22 years old and I am the first born in a family of four children. I grew up with both my mother and father. I got my primary education at Ludete primary school, secondary lower level at Aloysius secondary school, Secondary upper level at Ndono secondary school and now pursuing bachelor of science in nursing at the University of Dodoma.
WHY
Because am interested in caring for and serving people I choose nursing since it is all about caring. I want to serve my community and help them to solve health-related challenges they are facing. I choose to be a nurse also as a step to get a chance to be a leader in Tanzania's health sector so that I can directly use my ideas to improve Tanzania's health sector. I dream to be a nurse and be employed in government hospital. I also dream to specialize with a Masters's degree in clinical nursing. My dream is also to be a great leader in the Tanzanian health sector.
INTERESTS
I am interested in community serving through charity and outreach. I am also interested in leadership and am a leader in my student government. Am also interested in public speaking and public education.

A: Tedy Sylivester has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Tedy Sylivester . We have also double-checked the given identity with University of Dodoma. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
