BACKGROUND
I’m 23 years old from a family located in Kilimanjaro region. I’m the fourth born in my family, but our two brothers were more loved by God. So now, I have only one sibling. My father is disabled and my mother suffers from a heart problem. Due to that situation, my parents fail to provide for our needs, especially school contributions. When I finished primary school, a priest told my mother to let me stay with his mother and he would send me to school. My mother agreed with this because she couldn’t manage to pay for school herself. So, I stayed there helping his mother while I continued with my secondary level education. He continued to support my education, but after my advanced level, he couldn’t help me anymore because he was supporting more students than only me.
WHY Social Science & Business
I would like to be a minister of community development/development officer, as well as a business woman where I will open small enterprises. I would employ unemployed people to minimize the number of jobless people in our society. I will use my extra time to advice people that they should not give up when they face different challenges. A good example is when I was denied from the government loan board, I didn't give up and went directly to the dean of students searching for advice and that's why I’m now proud to have the scholarship from Help to Help.
INTERESTS
I’m interested to join different apostolic associations, like Living Rosary, which is among the associations available at my university. Since I was young, my mother thought me to pray Rosary as my weapon for success.

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
