BACKGROUND
My name is Zuhura Said Mohd, I come from Zanzibar from a lower-class family. My father died when I was young and I was left with my mother only. My mother is a housewife and has 9 children. I am the firstborn in my family. My mother got help from our relatives by giving food and a small farm for cultivation. I studied in government school at all times of from 2001 up to 2012. When I finished, I remained at home in order to get help from my relative to continue with my study, because of my results that allow me to continue with diploma of any course. Then my aunt wanted me to come at Dar-es-salaam to visit her in 2018 and promise me to continue with my study. When I began studying at University, my grandmother got a health condition and could no longer pay my fees. This made me fail in my studies. So, I applied for the Help to Help scholarship to help me to complete my study.
WHY
It has always been my dream to be a medical professional so that's why I apply this course for my benefits as well as for my community benefit. I will help my community and society to treat their problem in different ways by using the knowledge of my study. This makes me enjoy my field. My dream is to be a pharmacist this skill makes me help people and my society by this time I will complete my diploma of pharmaceutical science but also my aim is to continue to study when i get chance.
INTERESTS
My favourite thing that I like to do besides my study is to dispense medicine in pharmacy which makes me feel happy when I help people to stay away from diseases. Sometimes I help people from my area by pushing their studies just a little, in order to complete their dream. Not only that but also, I like to read magazines in order to find opportunities.

Q: How can I trust Zuhura Said Mohd is a real student?

A: Zuhura Said Mohd has applied for a scholarship from Help to Help and was granted one. We have reviewed the written application and conducted a thorough interview with Zuhura Said Mohd . We have also double-checked the given identity with Kampala International University in Tanzania. We now and then also do home-visits and met with a majority of our students.

Q: If I donate, what happens with my donation?

A: Each semester, Help to Help pay school fees for our students. We reserve the right to only pay school fees for students who live up to the agreed terms and conditions for the scholarship which includes submitting grades in time, good academic perform and continuous communication with Help to Help among other things. The payments are done directly to each university. Once payments are done, we demand the universities to send us official receipts.

Q: Why does each student have their own fundraising profile?

A: We believe in a global "we" - our crowdfunding platform is a way for our students to express what societal issues they want to bring change to, and a way for our funders to learn and join their important causes by donating to their studies.
